請問如何把T61 恢複到出廠狀態?

thinkvantage下沒找到. 我是菜鳥, 用的是英文版, 請高手們詳細指點一下.

具體症狀: 在裝Microsoft Streets and Trips時突然藍屏，重啟後顯示thinkvantage rescue and recovery, 按窗口提示一步一步走下去，
但是system restore progress 一直停留在0%, 我強行重啟後，又正常了，
檢查了所有安裝的程序和文件，都沒有問題。 電影有圖像但突然沒有聲音了。

聲音開著的,最大音量, 在lenovo下了 7ka112ww.exe, 聲卡驅動,

裝了重起還是沒有聲音. 大俠們幫幫忙, 有急用. 小弟拜謝了.
