Wireless Lan -great signal, no connection! help

新買的台式機，VISTA BUSINESS. 能夠搜到NETGEAR，而且信號很強。但是無法連接。搜到鄰居的ROUTER，連接了說是LIMITED ACCESS。IPCONFIG 隻提供了PHYSICAL的， IP ADDRESS 顯示都為0。 我的NETGEAR連接了其他三台筆記本都沒有問題。不知到該怎麽解決。VISTA 如何可以強製分配IP 地址呢？強製分配了管用嗎？謝謝各位幫忙。
