I don't have anymore *.bat files other autoexec.bat.
Even in autoexec.bat there is nothing, 0 bytes fir this file.
I do have 2 more *.bat files:c:I386msdtcvtr.bat, and c:I386 unw32.bat. i did not see any clue those file reset the url.
And my machine doesn't have to be reboot, after changed the registry, I refresh the screen, it got back to the registry immediately.
I guess there must be a background process, monitoring the registry. It can reload it after the change.
I am sick and tired this windows registry stuff.
Anyway, I really appreciated your help.
You are really a nice guy.
