電腦啟動不了，求救！！

我的電腦啟動不了了。每次開機到運行到輸入用戶名和密碼的界麵。出現
McAfee activeshield has found a suspect file on your computer. McAfee strongly
recommends that you scan you computer now. 然後我輸入用戶名和密碼，但無論等多久都進入不到windows的桌麵，電腦沒法用。
我隻好關機，我點擊關機。又出現一窗口. Other people are logged on to this computer. Shutting down windows might cause them lose data.

那位高手有何辦法或建議，怎麽解決。主要是不想直接格式化硬盤重裝電腦，這樣損失大啦。
