Just checked the NeroVision, it looks like a capture-edit-burn integrated tool. So if you have the video file ready, looks not necessary to use NeroVision. Nero has the burnDVD tool. Just open the new DVD session, then drag your source file, Nero will validate the source file before proceed.

I did have burned some DVD in this way.

I didn't do the research to see what format NeroVision takes after NeroVision captures the raw format from the devices.
