problem solved

with checking on website and consulting with a friend expertizing on IT. The solution is to establish an Administrator account. The way is :
start/search/cmd
right click cmd/run as Administrator
input net user administrator/active

the administrator account created, then switch to administrator account, and excute instatllation.

It is wonderful to watch TV and etc. programs on computer, there are very many functions with HP pavillion; and I think the marvelous function is with the remote control, it is so fast log on and off the computer. It is a wonderful function with the Vista. At very first I heard of so many bad things on Vista, like really slow start up etc, and I was just ready to change Vista to XP. Tonight I experienced a dramatic advantage on starting and closing the system with the remote control function, it is just like seconds. I am very happy, and enjoyed entertaining everything on just one computer.
