在線急問。。。。

我剛才重裝電腦係統時分刪除了原有磁盤的分區後（我有兩塊硬盤8個區），係統找不到第一塊硬盤，第二塊係統又說我分區格式不對，安裝不了windows，可是我是自動刪除分區的啊，根本沒選項。現在我重新啟動後根本就進不了分區頁麵，一開電腦就說
因以下文件的損壞或丟失，windows無法啟動：
/system32/hal.dll.
請重新安裝以上文件的拷貝。
