公司的IT部門的人,知道我的personal information 嗎?

我對IP address 很不了解, 我的計算機是公司的, 連在公司的網站上,
我想問的是,公司的IT部門的人,可以通過我的IP address 知道我的personal information 嗎? (如果我不是每天把我去過的網站清理幹淨)
