怎樣在Linux環境下格式化成FAT

我的硬盤上裝的Linux,想再裝Windows。根據網上一些帖子，好像先裝Windows再填Linux比較安全。可是我不知道，怎樣在Linux環境下格式化成FAT. Any advice is highly appreciated.
