check it out here

1. install the drive that came with the webcam
2. plug in the webcam, it will be installed automatically
3. install any instant message software, such MSN messenger, Yahoo Messenger, QQ, Skype, etc.
4. register an id, and tell your mom to install the same software and to add your id in her contact list in the software.
5. happy chatting :)
