我的筆記本電腦CPU為什麽老高負荷運轉?

一台Toshiba Tecra M2,
已經用了三年了, 按理, 配置也足夠了.
Windows XP, Pentinum M 1.7G, 1.5G的memory. memory是足夠了,
一般就用個20-30%, 但好象CPU不夠.
但我在用Visual Studio 2005 和SQL Server 2005的時候, 有時候就很慢,
CPU幾乎滿負荷.
係統重裝以後, 好了一些, 但有時候還是慢. 有什麽辦法嗎?
