把modem搬到了另一房間,上不了網

俺把modem搬到了另一房間,拿根cable接到牆上的cable jack,可卻沒有了internet connection, 難道modem換個房間都要找提供high speed internet的cable公司麽? 當初是讓他們把modem放到書房,那個房間沒問題
