Do i have to reinstall the WinXP?

最近我的電腦中了Spyware，每次啟動後又自行再啟動，就這樣周而複始，沒完沒了。想晴問高手除了叢

新安裝WinXP外還有別的辦法嗎？因電腦裏有很朵Baby的照片還沒有備份，晴高手幫忙，謝謝!
