電腦不認移動硬盤

新買的SATA 250G 3.5" 硬盤，新買的NexStar Enclosure，裝上後接電源可以聽到硬盤在轉，但用USB連接到電腦上後，隻聽到一聲電子聲（叮當），然後說發現新硬件，之後就沒有下文了。打開“我的電腦”，找不到這個硬盤。試了三台電腦（都是XP Professional），都是這樣。
希望高手指點迷津，問題在哪兒？
