Please help!My laptop always shut down and become blue screen wi

My laptop always become blue screen with the message
'A problem has been detected and window has been shut down to prevent dmage to your computer. Please check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacture for any windows update If problem continue, disable or remove any newly installed hard or software, disable bios memory options such as caching or shadowing..............'
1. My laptop has uesd for 3 years, this just happened recently.
2. I don't install any soft and hardware recently. I only did some window update if window ask me to do.Do I need remove these window update? that remove will effect my window system?
3. I find my laptop's fan is very hot, not sure is the problem?
PLEASE HELP !WHAT I NEE DO?
