1.填寫用戶資料
答：當您注冊成功後登陸到Skype軟件界麵，在“文件——>您的個人資料”，此窗口中除了郵箱外，其他的個人資料都是公開的。
更改昵稱及其他信息：如圖 1
更換頭像：點擊左下方圖片右側的 “瀏覽”按鈕，瀏覽 → 添加 → （設置圖片路徑） → 打開 → （選擇圖片後）設置 → 更新。 （圖 1——>圖 2——>圖 3——>圖 4）
（注意 ： 目前 Skype 頭像支持 2 種圖片格式，分別是： *.bmp 和 *.jpg 格式。如果您所添加的 .jpg 格式或 .bmp 格式圖片文件名稱與現有的 tom-Skype 頭像圖片文件重名，將不能正確添加新頭像，請重命名後再添加。）
填好您的個人資料之後，點擊“更新”，您的個人資料就可以被其他用戶查看到了。

2. 添加好友
答：點擊Skype界麵左上方“添加好友”的按鈕（圖 1）或點擊“工具——>添加好友”之後，就可以彈出一個“添加好友”的對話框（圖 2），在此處填入您的好友的 用戶名 或者 姓名 或者E-MAIL，之後點擊“搜索”，如果您的好友3天內登陸過Skype，您就可以搜索到他的用戶名，之後選中此用戶名點擊“添加所選的聯係人為好友”的按鈕（圖 3），係統會向您的好友發送一份驗證請求（圖 4），請求他通過您的身份驗證，之後，您就可以與好友取得聯係了。

3.發送即時消息
答：鼠標右鍵您的一位好友，選擇有“A”字樣的“發送即時消息”或者點擊Skype界麵上方的“會話”（圖 1） 即可進入發送即時消息的窗口。 輸入您要發送的文字或表情符號，然後按回車鍵或點擊“發送”，您的即時消息就會被發送出去了（圖 2）。如果對方在線，那麽他會立即收到您的即時消息；如果對方不在線，則消息會成為留言，在對方下次登錄的時候自動發送給對方。

4.呼叫好友
答：進行語音呼叫同樣是一件很簡單的事情，您隻需選擇要通話的好友，然後點擊軟件界麵下方的綠色電話標誌 或者 鼠標右鍵好友，選擇帶有綠色電話標誌的“呼叫此好友”（圖 1），這時，軟件主窗口將會切換到用戶呼叫界麵。如果對方在線的話，一會就會通了，您係統開始計時，當您想結束通話的時候，隻要點右下角紅色電話標誌（圖 2）就可以結束此次通話了。

5.多人語音會議
答：此功能方便您進行多人同時通話，您隻需要點擊“工具——>創建語音會議”（圖 1）或者直接點擊Skype界麵上方的“創建會議”按鈕即可添加與會的好友（圖 2）。 當彈出好友列表後您就可以選擇要參加會議的好友了，選擇好與會好友點擊“添加”後，點擊 “開始”按鈕（圖 3）， 即可開始多方語音會議了（圖 4），點擊紅色的電話按鈕即可以結束通話。最多可支持10人。

2. 添加好友
