請大俠們支招:啟動盤裝到硬盤盒裏讀不出文件了!

各位大俠:本人有一塊台式機裏拆下來的啟動硬盤,WinXP Pro,機器讓給別人了,現在想從盤上拷個文件下來,原來是在桌麵上的.可是裝到硬盤盒裏聯機後,別的文件都能讀,隻有原來的c:\documents and settings\owner\目錄進不去了,點擊時說Access Denied.請問是不是一定要裝回原機才能讀出?沒有別的辦法嗎?我的原機不在了,沒法拿回來.還是說硬盤/目錄壞了?
