pls.help,guru

after i changed a new draft card in my cumputer, at the first 2 days i was able to watch online tv shows, only sometimes the sound card quit after a while, most of time i was playing poker game also, however, after i reboot, it was ok. but since yesterday, i just cannot download at all.

any idea? tks a lot.
