如何打印 2x2 的照片？

我的是window XP. 請問我應該用哪個程序來打印2x2 的照片？ （護照上用的）。

I tried Windows picture and Fax Viewer. But it can only print to a fixed size: Full Page, 8x10, 5x7, 4x6, 3.5x5 and "wallet prints". it seems even wallet prints are bigger than 2x2, the size I wanted.

Please help, thanks! :)
