Romeo II (10688): First, do these simple steps:
Romeo II (10688): Plug-in your router to a power outlet without any device attached to it.
1. Press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds, after that
2. Unplug the power cord at the back of the router while keep holding down the reset button for another 10 seconds
3. Then, plug back the power cord while keep holding down the reset button for 10 seconds, after that
4. Release the reset button. Then power it down for 2 minutes. Power it on again.
5. Be sure that the router's power LED light is solidly lit.

You: ok, I have copied these to notepad and saved it
Romeo II (10688): If it is still blinking, reset the router again for 60 seconds without unplugging the router's power cable. Then power it down for 2 minutes.
