急問：筆記本死了

Toshiba S 5205-s505,剛開機看到Toshiba圖標，然後就黑屏了，不是電池問題，顯示似乎沒有問題，好像連Safe Mode都沒法進入。前兩天剛裝了McAfee Virus Scan plus,然後開機的時候出現係統錯誤: aodwaq93.dll, thotkey,rsj.dll.沒在意。然後這兩天有時係統無緣無故自己在運行什麽東西，反映很慢，按Ctrl+Alt+Delete,"進程"裏係統占用80％－90％。今天出現同樣的問題，從新啟動，然後就什麽也看不見了。有沒有什麽辦法從新裝一遍Windows XP? 電腦已過包修，如果送出去修應注意什麽？
