請診斷,!7個月的 dell筆記本間歇藍屏?(內有詳情)

dell inspiron 1505 7月底購買, 2~3月之前間歇的藍屏, 沒有規律, 有的時候頻繁發生,有的時候就很好. 藍屏的時候屏幕顯示:A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

跟dell的技術支持的在線聊天,聊過, 但是每個人都不一樣的說法, 一個說軟件更新的問題, 一個讓我查了memory, 所有test都pass. 裝了個dell crash analysis tool 查出2個文件, 他們說是那兩個軟件導致的,但其中一個殺毒軟件是是藍屏發生很久之後裝上去的,另一個我從來沒有用過,是隨機帶的sonic什麽什麽的.結果第4個家夥讓我restore factory setting, 暈啊 , 請高手診斷一下,給點建議吧,或者有人碰到相似的情況嗎?
