method2 leads me to the http://www.microsoft.com/isapi/redir.dll?prd=ie&clcid=0x0409&pver=6.0&ar=ienews&os=N6, but cannot find server
i got my laptop about 3 or 4years ago,the systom is winxp 2002 home edition and has never been updated .a few days ago i got a webcam by which i is unable to install it because it needs winxp sp2.please help, i really want to see my parnets during this holiday.thanks again.
