Is anyone able to download Win xpsp2? Please help!

買了一個logitech quickcam for notebooks dulexe，本想裝好後與家人通話，沒想到在安裝時說需要win xp sp2或更高的版本，

當我打開網站點擊下載連接，總是不工作，今天查了一下laptop係統是win xp home edition version 2002 Service Pack 1，重沒更新過,
請大俠指教該如何解決？謝謝！
