求教高手...Accessibility 的問題

這個問題已經求教過多位PC係統管理員，毫無辦法。問題是這樣的：
XP中有一個叫accessibility的東東，是給殘障人士用的，有magnifier, narrator, on-screen keyboard。不知為何被自動激活了，關也關不掉。left shift 也不工作了（很新的機器），不像是病毒。求各位大俠幫助，先謝了。
