MSN出問題了

昨天電腦沒有關機就拔了電源,再次打開發現MSN開不了了,每次雙擊MSN就會出來一個提示:Window Live Messager has encountered a problem and needs to close.上麵的報告細節上說錯誤報告包括"information regarding the condition of Windows Live messager when the problem occured;the operation system version and computer hardware in use; your digital products ID which could be used to identify your license; and the IP address of your computer"
我把MSN軟件都刪了再下載重裝了一次,還是沒有.
請教高手的意見!不勝感激!
