你的nortan是9.7版的麽？如果是的話，這麽試試，

start->run->cmd->regsvr32 /u c:\\full_path\\savrt32.dll
start->run->cmd->regsvr32 c:\\full_path\\savrt32.dll

restart your pc.

如果不行的話，重新安裝nortan。
