緊急求救，請高手指點

我打好的WORD文本文件，前半部分保存過，打好後半部分又存一次。後電腦死機，

重啟動後點擊 word，打開該文件名下文件，word消失，再打開一次，word 裏直接出現一個對話框，說該文件有破損，可能修複部分文件，要不要修複。

選yes之後，出現一個怪碼文件，大部分是以下內容
Times New Roman
Times New Roman
Symbol
Symbol
Root Entry
Root Entry
1Table
1Table
WordDocument
WordDocument
SummaryInformation
以及一些路徑
每次打開該文件都這樣。
請問高手們這是什麽問題，有可能解決麽，文件可能修複麽？
