try ping wxc: open DOS prompt and type "ping www.wenxuecity.com". If you see something like "Reply from 63.166.3.19: bytes=32 time=56ms TTL=52", it is probably your browser's settings -- try another browser to comfirm it.

If you don't see that, check if you have firewall and such. They can block it. If not, check files like C:--WINDOWS--system32--drivers--etc--hosts. You son might learned some simple trick and this is one of many places to look at.

I don't wanna be an smart ass, but you've got a bigger issue than this.
