look for the file name whichever causes the problem, uncheck it, then restart pc. By the way, you disabled the file in the regietry table, but it is still there, does not affect your system though.
2) start --> run --> regedit --> ctrl+f: search for the file name, delete what it finds, then press F3 search for the next, until it finds no match. By this way, you can clean the registry table.
NOTE 1: please re-confirm what you find before any deletion in the registrar table.
NOTE 2: .js extension is usually reserved by java files, which are commonly used in webpages. It also can be virus or worms or trojan horses.
You probably accidentally deleted some files in that folder. In this case, uninstall the software in that folder from the control pannel, then reinstall the software if you need it.
If you don't need the software, just follow the 2 solutions above. Personally I won't suggest the third-party software to clean the registry table unless you are familiar with it.
