-幾乎任何PC monitor(LCD or CRT)接獨立的tv tuner盒（無需電腦），或連接裝了tv tuner的電腦,都可看電視。
-LCD TV本來就是看電視的，但許多有VGA輸入，可接電腦，但圖像質量不如真正的pc monitor，所以一般不作pc monitor用。
-極少數pc monitor有內置的tv tuner和喇叭，可作為電視機使用，但很少看到，價格貴。
