一些問題：
-這種情況是重裝後立即出現的，還是裝或卸了其他軟件後才出現的？
-除了硬盤符外，雙擊其它圖標都正常嗎？如文件夾，捷徑shortcut等等。
-如果在My Computer中生成一個硬盤的捷徑,雙擊後能打開嗎？
-右擊硬盤符打開的菜單中，那一行是用粗體字？是Open,Explore還是其它，或沒有？
