What do you mean "until BIOS load up fails too"?
Make sure there is no virus.
Check if there is system/CPU/power-supply overheat. Are all fans working properly? Check temperature in BIOS or using a utility program.
Can you boot from WinXP install CD when hard drive boot fails?
