如何將PAL 製式 VHS 錄像帶轉成DVD

家裏有一些PAL 製式 VHS 錄像帶，都
是一些過去國內家裏親戚朋友拍的家
庭錄像。很有紀念意義。

現在拿到美國，不知如何將PAL 製式
VHS 錄像帶轉成DVD 或其他digital format.

問了幾家商店，也都沒有VCR可以放PAL
製式。 急請各位大俠幫忙。衷心感謝！
