照下麵的做就行，

1. write a small program which,
a)contacts a hard coded ip & port to get information everyday. read socket programming in case you dont know how to do it
b)uses the txt msg to send an email to each address on the list you just got in step a). read smtp rfc if needed
2. rename the setup program to another name in windows office 2003
3. write an installation wrapper which installs the program you just wrote and then call the real setup program
4. make it a package
5. post the package in this forum
