請教，怎樣看網速，一般情況要多少網速才能上網語音視頻聊天

最近和國內父母網上聊天總不流暢，視頻也經常停止，語音也不清楚，總跳出來字說網速慢，會影響通話質量。。。有經驗的提示一下是怎麽會事，我是用cable 上網的，以前msn通話很好的，視頻也很清晰。這幾天不知道什麽原因？謝謝啦！
