[求助] 如何刪除linux, and GRUB. thanks..

打算刪除已有的linux 再裝另一個 。查了一下資料，有的說可以用 linux 下的 fdisk， 我不知道用 winXP（我的電腦有雙係統） partition magic，來刪除linux 行不行？ 兩者會有區別麽？有別的更好的辦法麽？
還有就是刪除GRUB，我的一本比較舊的書上說用， windows 下的 fdisk /mbr . 可是我的windows xp 上沒有fdisk command. 我自己也挺奇怪的？! 有什麽解決辦法麽？
