The first one is a socalled STTP server virus. It's not that malignant to your machine, but it cause a lot traffic and trouble in the network. You better also clean it. Go to here, you may find the way to clean it:

McAfee's stinger is an fast scan of recently spreading and degerous virus, and many IT people use it for first scan. They update it often. It is good go to the website to update your.
