Ring up whoever you bought the PC from and tell him/her

that you're about to ring up Microsoft to report a copyright infringement case but you'd like to give him/her a chance to correct the mistake. If he/she refuses to do the right thing, then report to Microsoft and you might end up getting a brand new Windows CD with license.
