Roommate 的病毒傳給了我！！！！

My roommate downloaded close to 20 GB of files to my laptop, mostly Jazz music. Now I can't even install my Symantec Systemworks and firewall because those infected files are "in use" and I can't delete them. What should I do? Please help!!!
