Boot from Win98, install Win2k to new HD (d:). Win2k will automatically add a boot.ini under your c: and give you 2 choices to boot from (Win98 or Win2k) every time you reboot from now on. Boot into Win2k, go under Control Panel->System->Advanced->Startup & Recovery and change the default OS to Win2k. Each time you boot from Win98, your old HD will show up as C:, otherwise, the new HD shows up as C:. That's it!
