剛買的dell E521，為什麽以前的DDR內存條不能用，

還有以前硬盤也不能用，因為根本沒有合適的電源和數據線，請教大俠幫忙看看，我是從DELL的small business section 賣的，如果從home use section 買一樣的配置要多50.00刀，是為什麽啊。
