I didn't read your post conversation but you can start with google search plus on site like mcafee. Then there are spyspot, MS malware remover and so on.
If this software is not listed, at the last resort, you can try on your own by finding where it sits and delete it from there. It may have already been loaded into the memory and then you'd need to kill it from task manager.
If you don't succeed, it maybe because there are other processes hidden. Try an utility called Process Explorer to find and kill all the dependencies...
