重裝同一係統後，無法打開某些可能以前加密或壓縮的文件

各位大俠：

有一事請教。因舊係統被病毒困擾，我重裝了電腦操作係統（仍為原來的操作係統，沒有升級），結果位於另一個partition中有些文件（含中、文兩種）打不開（我原來曾將某些文件加密和壓縮）。顯示的英文警示為：

The document name or path is not valid.
Try one or more of the following:
* Check the path to make sure it was typed correctly.
* On the File menu, click Open （無法打開）. Search for the file using this dialog box.
(此項在試圖打開另一文件時顯示為：* Use the File Open dialog box to locate the document.)
("E:\.......\)

但記得這些文件有的在舊的操作係統中（與新裝的為同一操作係統，沒有升級）沒有加密及壓縮。而有的原為中文名稱的文件打不開，但在改為英文後就可以打開。請問原因及如何糾正。十分感謝。
