求教，一個怪問題

我用charter cable上網。如果把計算機直接連在modem上上網沒有任何問題，可是如果通過router連接的話，中國網站就上不去，可美國網站沒問題。我把router斷開電源過一會再接上還是同樣現象。請高人指教，謝謝！
