that is S.M.A.R.T technology, that mean ur HDD is going to die. a new hdd is required immediately. a search on net come up this web site:

dell recommend hdd replacement as well.

Dell really fuxk up, "SELF MONITORING SYSTEM", "a parameter has exceeded its normal operating range" all steal from SMART technology but chang the deion, making it look like a dell's technology.
"may or may not indicate a potential hard drive problem" what the hell, do it make sense?
