Advice Please!Should I buy a Dell or Toshiba Notebook Computer?

Costco is running a special. Dell 1GB 1.65GHz.Vista Capable.$999 after $100 off. Another is Toshiba 2GB 1.73GHz. It's not Vista Capable $1229 plus shipping maybe $1300. Which one is a better choice? Experts. please help. Thanks a lot.
