緊急求教:不能logon WindowXP

高手們,請教一個關於DELL LAPTOP 的問題, 具體如下:
power on 後, 出現窗口說”winlogon.exe unable to locate component” and “The application has failed to start because shell32.dll was not found. Reinstall the application may fix the problem.”

我已經試以safe mode 進入 window, 但是同樣的窗口出現.

那我還能做什麽呢? 一定要用restore 的辦法麽? 我現在怎樣backup呢? (當然我可以去BESTBUY修理,但要三五天的時間,而我著急要用這台筆記本). 我已經在DELL,GOOGLE 和MICROSOFT的網站上查過了,沒得到解決方案.
