求助:每次開機都遇到WIN32問題

請教各位大俠:
筆記本Dell-500,每次開機都顯示:"Generie Host Process for WIN32 Services 遇到問題要關閉....".如果點"關閉"則死機,點"調試"可繼續做其他事,但是右下角小喇叭的圖標出不來,揚聲器和麥克風用不了.
查了揚聲器和麥克風都運行正常,但是"控製麵板"點出"聲音和音頻控製設備"全都是灰的不能用.
在"其他信息"中寫的是:"錯誤簽名 szAppName:svchost.exe, szAppVer:5.1.2600.2180, szModName:unknown, szModVer:0.0.0.0., offeset:d55fo9ae"
不知是什麽地方出了問題?求各位幫忙,不勝感激!!!
