Help please!!

I downloaded several songs from several Chinese websites and led to a bad consequence.Now every time I turned on the computer many websites jumped out making the computer slow down, even stop.

I visited wenxuecity.com and the 實用電腦 section and tried some methods to clean the computer.I tried Firfox, too.But nothing changed.Some websites seems installed in the computer and I couldn't uninstall them because some of them you couln't find the locations.

I used super rabbit but it didn't work well.Since my computer is based on English.

I couldn't use my computer since then. I am not very familar with compter and had no idea what to do with these problems. Please give me suggestions and help!!
